2019 is here, believe it or not, and nothing better to do now then setting your goals for the year ahead.
We know that there are some of you that wait until the coming week (or some even until Australia Day) to really kick of their year and get their targets set, but the truth is, the longer you wait the longer it will take you to achieve them.
Make sure to have reasonable goals, and work hard for it. There aren’t many secrets to what it takes to get there, to where you set yourself to get, what you really have to do is to work hard for it, really give your best and do everything in your power to keep it on target throughout the way.
One advise that we can give you, that actually has worked for us in the past in many occasions, is to really sit down and analyse if you are doing your best, your very best, if you are on target time wise and if your goal is achievable on the time frame you set.
We do that, and we do that every quarter of the year. Months 3, 6, 9 and 12. If by month 6 we are not on time, we haven’t being work hard enough we know already that by month 12 the result is not going to be there. And to be honest with you, the best feeling you will get is when you get to month 9 and everything is in place, all the hard work is almost done and you are starting to collect some rewards.
