Everyday at 6:30am we have a class at SRG Thai Boxing Gym.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays we have Traditional Muay Thai Classes with our head Coach Luis Regis together with our Thai trainers. On Tuesdays and Thursdays we have Boxing Classes with Tomas Vysokai.
The early morning classes are by far the quietest ones we have, with only a few students attending the classes, having each almost a private class, specially on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
If you are looking into fast tracking your learning process, we would highly recommend you to attend some of those classes, in order to get the most amount of attention from your instructor as the classes are smaller. Specially the Boxing classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, in which we had some lucky students having private classes as no one else came in.
Now with showers and change rooms at SRG Thai Boxing Gym, it is even easier for everyone to come in, get their training done and go straight to work from here.
Also, keep updated with the latest changes on the timetable, where we added 1 class on Friday evenings and changed the Beginners Sparring Sessions to Beginners Sparring Drill Sessions, as our trainers felt the need to get the Beginners to first have a few Drill classes, in order to learn the basics of sparring, and then progressing into having light sparring sessions with the students that have been training for longer.
This is the time now to get your training started, during winter, where things are harder and the cold doesn’t make it easier. The summer body starts with your hard work now, and all the benefits will come with time and consistency. Get your routine right, make sure to make time for what’s important for you and enjoy as much as you can!
