One of our goals at SRG is having classes on from morning until evening and slowly we’ve been adding more and more classes to our timetable.
Quite often our students mistakenly show up for a class on Monday and Wednesday at 4:30pm (kids class time) so we have decided to add an extra class, isn’t that great?
From the 30th of January our circuit class is back. Yes, it’s not a Muay Thai technical session but a Muay Thai fitness class that has been requested from our students for a while.
If you are looking for an opportunity to sweat out, improve your conditioning and build up some muscles, this is a session you should attend to.
Our PRO fighter and personal trainer Marina Verissimo will be in charge of this class every Monday and Wednesday at 4:30pm. Class will last for one hour and a bottle of water and towel are mandatory.
