Another amazing event this past weekend, the Siam2Sydney 14 proved to all that the PTJ Crew is still promoting one of the best Muay Thai Shows in Sydney with great fights from start to finish.
From SRG Thai Boxing Gym we had our female squad on the pursuit of another solid result event for the fam, and they didn’t disappoint.
First we had Maggie SRG Hajduk and she brought it all to the ring. Solid performance from the start, exactly what she has been working on and together with the hunger she showed in centre ring, made us all really proud. Maggie won by points decision and opened the night in great fashion for our corner.
Then we had Tracy SRG Allesina fighting on a rematch battle against an ex SRG Student that fights out of 8 Limbs now. Tracy lost on their first encounter and was training really hard to make sure that wasn’t going to happen again. She fought really well, outscored her opponent and came out with another points decision shaping up the ground for another SRG Night.
Fighting for the Muaythai Australia NSW 67kg Belt and as the last bout before the main card we had Jessica SRG Neville. One of our greatest prospects, Jessica has trained really hard for this fight and unfortunately couldn’t perform to the best of her capability. She did well, but was outscored by a stronger opponent from Phoenix Gym Canberra. She wasn’t feeling her greatest leading up to this bout being sick, but that’s no excuse and we couldn’t be prouder of her for going out there and giving her very best. We can’t wait to see her back in the ring and what the future has reserved for her Muay Thai career.
We would like to once again thank the Siam2Sydney Muay Thai Promotions team for having us and looking after us all. We can’t wait to be back and to watch the great fights you will bring towards the end of the year.
Hope you guys all had a great weekend as well and are ready for another week of hard training at SRG. Soot Raaeng Geert!
