A great question to make yourself, not only in the of the year, but also throughout the journey is “have I reached the goals I have set for the year?” You will actually find out that having a proper think about it before you are in the last month of it, can actually make a huge difference.
People these days have all different goals, from loosing weight to becoming healthier and those who want to have their first go in the ring to the ones looking into achieving their next belt/title.
Whatever your goal may be, there a are a couple of key and very important things to do. YOU GOT TO BE HONEST TO YOURSELF AND CHECK IF YOU ARE ON TRACK TO GET THERE.
Seeing many come and go, and all variety of goals being set in the past 10 years, us from SRG Thai Boxing Gym would like to strongly recommend you to check, from time to time, if you are doing your best, if you are on track on reaching your goal, and are not waiting till December to start going 100% and trying to reach your goals before Christmas.
2018 was an amazing year for us, we witnessed a lot of people challenging themselves to another level, really pushing their boundaries and getting closer from their so awaited Summer body.
If you are still a few steps away from it, make sure to come to training between the Christmas and New Year break, we will have classes on the 27th, 28th and 29th from 12pm – 2pm. All classes and the complete timetable returns from the 2nd of January.
