New Yoga Class at SRG Thai Boxing Gym starting tomorrow, Tuesday the 21st of March from 8:15PM.
Professor Simon Hill has a been involved in Martial Arts for a while now, predominantly in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo. Simon has always been passionate about Muay Thai as well, he has trained with us in the past and is now returning not only to train, but also to teach us something that he has a deeper knowledge about it , Yoga.
We can’t wait to see the results that his classes are going to bring to all of our students. This will be a stretched based Yoga class, where he will look into improving everyone’s mobility and agility by increasing your leverage in the stretch of your muscles, and we are already looking forward to tomorrow’s first Yoga Class.
If you are not a member of SRG Thai Boxing Gym and would like to join us for Yoga training, please feel free to do so. Simply come in 10min prior the start of the class and join us for a free trial.
You can contact us at the SRG reception on (02) 9667 2115 or on info@thaiboxingsydney.com at any time in order to start your training.
Ching Soot Raaeng Geert represented us really well up in Brisbane on Saturday, at the No Surrender Fight Series. Ching went up a couple of weight divisions, fighting at 72kg, he end up coming back with a draw, in a fight that looked like was going his way. We would like to send a big Thanks to Narong and Andrew from PTJ Muay Thai for looking after him up there and to the promoters for having us. We can’t wait to be back!
