SRG Thai Boxing Gym went to war this past weekend and as usual, we had a great time.
At St Mary’s band Club, Annihilation 11 promoted by Reinhardt Badato and the Full Force crew was another sellout event packed with action in the ring.
From SRG Thai Boxing we had Chloe SRG Cheng and Taylor SRG Chircop as fight 3 and 5 of the night respectively.
First out representing our corner was Chloe and she brought it all. Fighting with a very strong base and displaying absolutely outstanding technique, she couldn’t have done us more proud. Her opponent was also very strong, and they put a hell of a show. In the end Chloe lost on point decision and we can’t wait to have her back in action doing what she does best.
Then we had Taylor going at it in authentic SRG style. He pushed through the whole fight, kicked the life out of his opponent and brought the fans to their feet. We felt that he could’ve finished the fight, but it went to distance. And to absolute surprise of every single human being around, they judges scored the fight a draw.
We can’t be bothered with results from people that really don’t have an understanding about what we do. As trainers, as fighters, as fans. ALL WE WANT IS FAIR FIGHTS IN NSW.
We went to the back stage and celebrated Taylor’s victory anyway, because we know the hard work he has put in this bout paid off and he was the victorious, and by miles.
