Well this weekend was one of those not to forget. With 6 boxers performing and a whole show to promote, this was most likely the craziest 2 days we have had in a very long time.
Good news is, everyone had an amazing time, the feedback we received couldn’t been better and our boxers represented us up to standard, actually, they exceed all of our expectations.
Yokkao Next Generation Sydney was definitely a show not to be missed, not only because we promoted, hahaha, but because the card of the event was outstanding.
With 8 Amateur and 6 professional bouts, the crowd was entertained from start to finish not only the performances brought by all combatants but also by the great group of Brazilian Dancers and the SRG Promotions Official Ring Girl Katia Kubacki.
The co main event had 2 of the most skilled Nak Muays of Australia, Phisit “Pretty Boy” Suksawang against Rhyse “The Machete” Saliba. What a fight they threw at us. Both displayed great technique and incredible speed. Ching did came out on top on a Unanimous Decision but Rhyse showed everyone why he is on the top of the NSW Muay Thai Scene.
The main event was actually one of the best fights we’ve watched on the 2018 fight calendar year. The professor Singpayak PTJ faced the super tough Yokkao Fighter Spencer Brown and boy they brought the house down. Sing simply outclassed the Scottish with his speed and master class technique but the Yokkao Boy fought through the 5 rounds with the heart of lion and had everyone on their feet cheering him up. In all honesty, we have been involved in the fight business for a little while now, and to see a 20 year old boy come out to face one of the most skilled fighters we have in the country (Yes, Singpayak has been demolishing everything and everyone stepping on his way since his arrival in Sydney, taking the 8 Man Eliminator at Rebellion XVII, one of the toughest eliminators to be in).
From our end, to make this a magical weekend, the SRG Fight Team presented us with 6 amazing performances, 6 strong and dominant victories out of 6 fights, and we seriously couldn’t been prouder. Can’t recall of having 6 Boxers performing in 1 night, having them all winning undoubtedly and celebrating the way we did. Thanks a lot guys, you made our weekend complete!
And in normal SRG Fashion, WE DON’T STOP! This weekend coming we have Michael SRG Mina, Sean SRG Reed, Ben SRG Porter, Joey SRG Gemelas, Maggie SRG Hajduk and Adam Singdam representing our Familia on another great event promoted by Muaythai Australia NSW INC, the MTA Development Day.
It will be held at PTJ Muay Thai Gym, in Gladesville and everyone is welcome to come and support us.
WE WOULD LIKE TO SAY A MASSIVE THANKS TO ALL OF OUR SPONSORS, SUPPORTERS, STUDENTS AND FAMILY. WE WOULDN’T BE ABLE TO DO THE THINGS WE DO WITHOUT YOU. FOR EVERYONE THAT TOOK TIME AWAY FROM THEIR FAMILIES TO HELP US OUT, WE LOVE YOU LONG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SOOT RAAENG GEERT!
